SnapReach.in is a QR-based anonymous contact platform. We take your privacy seriously.
Data We Collect
Email address and password for account creation. Display name and optional phone number. Entity information (labels, types) you create. Messages exchanged through the platform. QR scan location data (only when visitors grant permission).
How We Use Data
To provide the SnapReach service. To send notifications about QR scans and messages. To improve our platform.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Visitor messages are only visible to the entity owner.
Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. JWT tokens are used for authentication.
Data Deletion
You can request account deletion by emailing hello@snapreach.in. All your data will be deleted within 48 hours.
